Business development apprenticeship

At arth, we believe that the youth are a tremendous source of good for our world, if only we enable them to find their calling and nurture the leaders within them. This apprentice is to help you discover your calling and your own voice as you help us solidify internal structures to strengthen our practice and allow us to become scalable.

WHO CAN APPLY?

ELIGIBILITY: This apprenticeship is for undergraduate and graduate students seeking a meaningful engagement over their summer break.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & MINDSETS: In addition to the above, we need someone who is/has:

• Strong ideas and opinions about education

• Compassionate, fun-loving, and friendly

• Conscientiousness, discipline, self-motivation, rigour, and a drive to learn and grow.

• Excellent oral communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic familiarity in using collaboration tools like Google workspace

• Hands-on with technology and open to learning/ discovering/ exploring ways of using tech to make life smoother

About the Apprenticeship

DURATION: The apprenticeship will be for a minimum period of 1 month. Interns will work 5 days a week, from 9 am to 4 pm.

STIPEND & OTHER PERKS: All interns will get the following at the completion of their apprenticeship:

1. A certificate of their internship with Arth

2. A Letter of Recommendation (Performance-Based)

3. A stipend (which might be the first earning for many applicants) (The stipend for this role will be between INR 5,000 and 10,000 per month depending on performance.)

5. Mentorship and Career Guidance with the core team

SCOPE OF WORK: As a business development intern you will work on solidifying support structures at arth and paving the way for arth’s future growth. You’ll be working at the trisection of business, technology and design thinking.
